REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

OUR REFUND POLICY

We hope that you are delighted with your Meadow Skincare products.

However, if you have any issues or concerns we will do our best to resolve these for you. If you decide after trying the products for 90 days that they are not suitable for you, we offer a full refund or exchange policy.  This means that after 90 days of receiving your order we will offer you a no-quibbles refund or exchange.*

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please do the following:

  • Carefully wrap the items (ideally in the packaging they came in) and send them back to the following address:
  • Unit 4, The Granary, Court Lodge, Horton Kirby, DA4 9BN
  • It is advisable to obtain trackable shipping service as we can only take responsibility for items once they arrive with us.
  • Please include your order number, contact details and reason for return.  If you are exchanging for another item please also detail what you wish to swap it for.

If you would like to discuss how your products are working on your skin  please email us on orders@meadowskincare.co.uk for advice.

Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear back into your account. Exchanges can take up to 10 days for new items to be received.

SENDING A RETURN

Should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged please notify us within 14 working days of order creation.

Please email meadowskincareltd@gmail.com providing your customer order number, the goods in question and the reasons why.
